Job Role

This role involves coordinating all aspects of the initial start-up of the Batam manufacturing facility, including project management, team leadership, process development, and safety compliance, and then progress to the day-to-day operation of a multi-shift manufacturing facility.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment installation are completed on schedule.
  • Establish safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry and country regulations and standards.
  • Prioritize achieving and maintaining IATF certification.
  • Drive overall EH & S culture and ensures that action is taken to prevent injury/loss.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in technical degree field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in plant startup and/or project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
