Fundraising Director

The Fundraising Director will lead the development and implementation of effective fundraising strategies to increase public awareness and strengthen Yayasan Senyum Bali's partnership network. This role will oversee Smile Shop operations, manage relationships with sponsors and partners, and ensure that social media campaigns are optimized to support the foundation's sustainability.

1. Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategies: Identify, design, and execute fundraising strategies, including sponsorships, fundraising campaigns, fairs, and charity events to generate funds.
2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with sponsors and strategic partners.
3. Sponsorship Management: Develop persuasive sponsorship proposals and negotiate with relevant companies, organizations, and communities.
4. Smile Shop Management: Manage the daily operations of the Smile Shop, including staff supervision, scheduling, and product allocation.
5. Public Relations and Strategic Communications: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, hospitals, donors, and communities.
