Job Responsibilities- Create and implement efficient back-end systems and services that meet the highest standards of dependability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with engineering peers and product managers to bring the vision to life with effective engineering solutions.

- Show a keen interest in distributed systems and a desire to spearhead the creation of cloud services from inception to implementation and ongoing improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify the functional and non-functional needs for software development.
- Ensure clean, maintainable code, quick feature release, and system integration and feasibility while crafting high-level product specifications.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in back-end development with a solid skill set in Golang.
- Excellent command of software architecture concepts and a track record of successful system design and development, especially in the back-end field of consumer internet services.
- Ability to oversee engineering teams and offer a technical roadmap in an environment that prioritizes agile development.
- Excellent communication skills, especially the capacity to make wise judgments in stressful situations and negotiate uncertainty.
