Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective specification works strategies.
  • Identify and engage with key developers, architects, consultants, and engineers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum degree holder in Chemical/Civil Engineering/Architects.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in specification works in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Speak and write fluently in English - presentation and public speaking abilities in English.
