**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Plantation General Manager to lead our plantation operations at Daya Group.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of experienced managers and supervise staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets.
• Manage a team of experienced managers and supervise staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plantation Manager.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices and excellent leadership skills.
• Proficient in managing teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
