Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain credit risk policies and frameworks for digital lending products.
  2. Analyze credit data and customer profiles to define lending thresholds and approval criteria.
  3. Establish exposure limits-based analysis for partners and propose risk-adjusted pricing strategies.
  4. Monitor portfolio performance and loan repayment trends to adjust risk policies and mitigate potential losses.
  5. Collaborate with data science teams to continuously improve risk scoring models and decision engines.
  6. Partner with product, business, operation, collection etc to align credit policies with business growth strategies and customer needs.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations on portfolio health and risk exposure for stakeholders
  8. Drive innovation in credit risk assessment methods, particularly using alternative data sources and digital-first strategies.
