Job Description:

  • Lead the pricing actuary team to support product launch and revamp process.
  • Plan, prepare, and direct the pricing process, profit testing, and sensitivity testing in accordance with the pricing policy, company targets, and regulations.
  • Provide actuarial analysis and risk assessment on new sales initiatives.
  • Develop a standardized pricing template in accordance with product specifications that can be applied internally within the actuarial team.
  • Ensure the availability of VONB reports (monthly reports, business plans, basis changes).
  • Conduct actuarial studies to support sales performance.
  • Align new product initiatives with the company's strategy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced actuary with at least 10 years of product pricing experience in multi-channel distribution (agency, bancassurance, EBD).
  • A minimum ASAI certificate or similar level of actuarial certification is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in actuarial product pricing and risk analysis, life insurance product knowledge, and insurance regulation and compliance.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
