Job Summary

Rocketindo seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead its HR function. This senior leadership role will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, compliance, and metrics reporting.

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Rocketindo's mission and objectives.
  • Advise executive leadership on HR trends, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Lead change management efforts and ensure the organization adapts to evolving workforce needs.
Talent Management
  • Oversee recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and accountability.
  • Develop leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Relations & Culture
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Act as a mediator for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Champion diversity initiatives across the organization.
Compliance & Policy
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
  • Oversee workplace safety, risk management, and employee welfare programs.
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure Rocketindo remains competitive in its industry.
Metrics & Reporting
  • Establish and track key HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Prepare and present HR-related reports to senior leadership.
