Job Summary

This role requires expertise in handling lawsuits/disputes/legal claims, case handling strategy refinement, and facilitating the legal case handling process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research to provide high-quality legal advice
  • Prepare and review various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Support case preparation and presentation in court
  • Manage case files, documents, and evidence efficiently
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders for information gathering and updates

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in law is required
  • Knowledge of litigation procedures, rules of evidence, and court procedures
  • Strong familiarity with legal software and technology, including document management systems
  • PERADI membership with 3+ years of registration is mandatory
  • Proven skills in procedural law and civil/criminal case handling
  • Ability to travel for business trips is necessary
