  • We are seeking a skilled Reward Strategy Consultant to join our team in Jakarta. As a Reward Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their reward strategies and develop effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • You will be responsible for managing small to medium complexity projects, including developing technical knowledge and skills in reward consulting frameworks, thought leadership, and trends in HR technology.

About the Role

  • You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and to make a meaningful impact on their reward strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing reward strategies for clients, including compensation benchmarking and total reward design.
  • Leading industry compensation surveys and providing practical insights into how best to reward and manage the workforce of today and plan for the workforce of tomorrow.
  • Working closely with senior consultants and directors to develop and implement solutions, including HR strategy, organization/workforce analytics, and job architecture and levelling.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in broad range of HR areas, preferably in organization analytics and or total rewards domains that may cover strategy and philosophy, salary structure, incentive design, benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Proven experience in undertaking job analysis, design of job families and job architecture, as well as leading compensation surveys and recruitment of participants.
  • A professional presence with polished and well-developed facilitation, written and oral communication skills, and ability to build relationships and networks.
