As a full-time on-site General Practitioner at PT Alga Rosan Nusantara located in Sidoarjo, you will be responsible for providing primary care services, nursing support, family medicine, and training staff on healthcare protocols.

1. Conduct thorough assessments and examinations of patients
2. Diagnose and treat common conditions and illnesses across all age groups
3. Order and interpret medical tests (e.g., lab tests, imaging) to determine conditions
4. Presume nutrition and create personalized treatment plans
5. Ensure proper documentation of patient information, medical history, diagnoses, and treatment plans
6. Provide follow-up care and monitor patients' recovery progress
7. Provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including nutrition, exercise, and mental health
8. Educate patients about preventing illness and the importance of regular check-ups
9. Promote health awareness within the community by offering health seminars or activities when required
10. Work closely with management to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently
11. Maintain accurate patient medical records and update them regularly
12. Stay updated on the latest medical advancements, treatments, and healthcare regulations
