The StraitsX Co. Site Reliability Engineering team is dedicated to delivering scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure applications that meet the needs of our customers.
We collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing various cloud-based production systems using automation tools.
- Documenting new and existing requirements to ensure smooth project delivery and preventing miscommunication.
- Collaborating with the Information Security and Infrastructure team to ensure adoption of security best practices and proper remediation of system security policies.
- Driving and implementing auto-provisioning and scaling of servers, testing, and compliance checks using automation tools.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in engineering with a focus on cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a proven track record in DevOps.
- Proficiency in working with cloud servers, specifically AWS and GCP, including configuration tasks like network and access management.
- Experience with cloud-native tools, including Nginx, OpenTelemetry, and Redis.
- Proficiency in Linux system management, including monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with databases and storage solutions is beneficial.
