Job Responsibilities:

Main Objectives:
- Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Procurement function, encompassing Category Management, Procurement Operations (Source-to-Pay), and Procurement CoE.
- Manage team performance and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the same position within the FMCG industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms and pricing from suppliers.
- Ability to evaluate supplier performance, conduct audits, and manage relationships.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
