Falco - Brands is a leading agency that crafts compelling stories to captivate our audience. As Head of Creative, you will lead our creative team in developing innovative strategies that enhance our brand presence and engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy Development: Develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand awareness and loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide our team of creatives, ensuring they deliver high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
- Short-Form Video Content: Conceptualize, oversee, and execute short-form video content that aligns with the latest social media trends, staying ahead of the curve to keep our brand relevant.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our E-commerce & Ads teams to optimize creative assets for performance and conversion.
- Staying Ahead: Stay abreast of emerging formats, platforms, and viral content strategies to inform our creative approach.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Drive data-driven decision-making, using campaign performance insights to refine our creative strategies and maximize ROI.
- Brand Management: Manage multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring consistency and uniqueness across each.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, influencers, and brand partners, to bring creative concepts to life.
- Production Overseeing: Oversee the end-to-end production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency.
You Will Be Successful If:
- You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
- You possess hands-on experience with short video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- You have a proven track record in a Head of Creative / Creative Director / Senior Creative Lead role.
- You showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short video content creation.
- You possess a deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and social media trends.
- You have experience in a creative agency handling multiple brands, which is a plus.
- You are capable of making data-driven creative decisions based on performance metrics.
- You possess strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and direct a creative team.
- You excel in collaboration and communication, working cross-functionally with E-commerce & Ads teams.
- You possess proficiency in design & video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- You have strong project management and organizational skills.
- You have experience in performance-driven creative strategy for e-commerce brands, which is a plus.
