- Ensure accurate stock levels by verifying them against inventory records.
- Design an optimized warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and adhere to company standards.
- Supervise and train the warehouse team, delegating tasks effectively.
- Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment in good condition.
- Present comprehensive reports on warehouse activities to senior management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and relevant technologies.
- Detailed-oriented with ability to work well under pressure.
- Possession of a valid SIM A driver's license.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work on Sundays when needed.
