We are seeking an experienced Operations Director - Logistics to join our team at DHL. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business success in our logistics operations, focusing on strategy implementation, business operations, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the line of business strategy at the branch level, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Operational Management: Plan, organize, and oversee effective business operations, including sales, marketing, accounting, and financial functions.
  3. Financial Oversight: Ensure robust P&L management, including EBITA, cost control, and revenue optimization for the line of business.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Assess branch performance, monitor budgets, and recommend corrective actions for variances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a focus on strategy and operations.
