Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  2. 2+ years of progressive experience in finance or related roles, with a focus on financial analysis and strategic planning.
  3. Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation is essential.
  4. Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Familiarity with financial software, MS Excel, and ERP systems is advantageous.
