About the Role

A Solutions Architect at Insider will engage with customer technical decision makers, utilize information on customer business needs, and support digital transformation. The ideal candidate will run data workshops, drive pilots and proof-of-concept implementations, and troubleshoot technical issues.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, and proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customer technical decision makers and influencers.
  • Run data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions aligning to customer business goals and technical environments.
  • Drive pilots, proof-of-concept (POC), and value implementation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers during implementation and ongoing campaign deployment process.
  • Identify, escalate, and work to resolve technical blockers to accelerate architecture implementations.
