Role of Purposes

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working in a fast-paced, multinational environment. As the Finance Team Leader for ATI Business Group, you will oversee your team members to meet the Client's and ATI's expectations on performance and behavior. You will prioritize and manage the team's tasks in terms of urgency and priority, and respond quickly and appropriately to issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will monitor productivity and capacity by tracking the tasks completed and time taken by each team member.
  2. You will motivate and direct team members to ensure the team is achieving the SLAs from the client.
  3. You will address performance or behavioral issues with team members and present violation letters when necessary.
  4. You will adapt quickly to changes in scheduling and make decisions to ensure adequate manpower coverage for the client.
  5. You will identify areas for improvement in workflow and implement solutions.
  6. You will communicate with the client and prepare requested reports.
  7. You will analyze data and present it to ATI leadership on team performance.
  8. You will review team members' tasks for quality control/auditing purposes.
  9. You will maintain regular communication with ATI leadership on updates.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from an honorable university.
  2. Excellent English comprehension with fluency in both written and spoken English.
  3. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  4. A willingness to evaluate areas for improvement and suggest effective solutions.
  5. A flexible schedule.
  6. Willingness to work 100% remotely.
  7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  8. Good time management with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  9. An ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  10. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role (including data entry).
