Requirements

  • Berpengalaman dalam end-to-end IT project lifecycle.
  • Familiar dengan Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
  • Bisa menggunakan Jira, Trello, atau MS Project untuk tracking proyek.
  • Kemampuan dalam budgeting, risk assessment, dan stakeholder communication.
  • Leadership & team management.
  • Problem-solving & analytical thinking.
  • Time management & ability to work under pressure.
