About The Role

The Sr. Analyst will have overall responsibility in supporting the general counsel team when doing debt, equity and other corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting closing of corporate transactions and ensure governance is in place;
  2. Managing external parties in corporate transactions;
  3. Ensuring that the corporate transactions are compliance with applicable laws and corporate documents.

Requirements

  • Experienced compliance officer with minimum of 2 years PQE.
  • Ideal candidate would have private practice experience in law firms.
  • Demonstrable track-record in doing corporate transactions.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Good drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization;
  • Display commercial acumen and the ability to balance legal considerations with business objectives.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
