Building Maintenance Expert

We are looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Expert to join our team at Sinar Mas Land. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Scheduling: Prepare and monitor routine maintenance schedules and repair maintenance according to SOP.
  • Policies and Procedures: Prepare and review policies and SOPs in managing, controlling, and improving building and facility maintenance activities.
  • Operational Evaluations: Conduct evaluations of operational activities such as Building Facilities Operation Service (BFOS), Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Corrective Maintenance (CrM), Unplanned Breakdown Maintenance (UpBM), and Engineering Works (EW).
  • Techncial Audits: Carry out technical audits of operational activities, energy audits, and building assessments to identify problems with equipment and recommend necessary repairs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electro Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in building maintenance/property management.
  • Computer literacy and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
