Key Responsibilities:- Prepare analysis on legal risks of company's business activities to ensure compliance with local legal practice.
- Draft board resolutions and shareholders' resolutions, maintain required meeting minutes, registers, books, and other records, and required filings with competent authorities.
- Ensure the company's compliance obligations.
- An LLB degree or above from a reputable university. An LLM degree from an English-speaking jurisdiction would be a plus.
- Native speaker with fluent spoken and written English as working language. Knowledge of Mandarin would be a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm, or as in-house lawyers in the consumer finance/banking/payment gateway/internet industry. A valid Thailand legal practitioner license would be a plus.
- Knowledge of basic data privacy laws.
