Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor Geoteknik to lead our geotechnical projects and ensure the safety of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, particularly in open-pit coal mining.

Responsibilities

  • Lead geotechnical projects and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct site visits and monitor geotechnical conditions
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate project progress

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Geology or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical parameters and interpretation skills
  • Proficient in software such as Slide/Phase/RS, Plaxis, Minescape, and Autocad
  • Ability to understand and analyze data from radar geotechnics
  • Valid SIM A license
