Job Title: Outdoor Manager

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Manager to lead our retail team at Beneunder's first store in Indonesia. As an Outdoor Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and maintaining brand image.

About the Role:
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and events.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth, focusing on key products and categories.

• Team Leadership: Coach, develop, and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.

• Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.

• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.

• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth to inform business decisions.
