The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in an agency or creative team, with a proven track record of leading a team and handling multiple projects under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and creative producers.
- Work closely with strategists to interpret briefs and set creative benchmarks and outputs.
- Ensure all creative work is clear, consistent, and aligned with project goals.
- Review and approve all major creative output before it goes to the client.
- Present work clearly to internal teams and external clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in an agency or creative team, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead a team and handle multiple projects under pressure.
- Strong understanding of branding, campaigns, visual design, and storytelling.
- Solid portfolio showing work that is both creative and effective.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal.
