About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with at least 8 years of working experience in event management, marketing, or campaign execution.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field and strong knowledge of branding and consumer engagement strategies.
  • They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive traffic and engagement, leading the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, and designing and organizing impactful events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand recognition and customer engagement.
  • Lead the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, including events and activations.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and customer behavior to inform campaign development and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage and execute events to enhance customer experience and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.

  • Experience in the shopping mall, retail, or lifestyle industry is highly desirable.
