Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled System Reliability Engineer to join our team at PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for restoring failed IT services of related products as quickly as possible and ensuring appropriate workarounds are put in place if incidents cannot be resolved within the agreed SLA.
  • They will analyze existing IT services and plan improvements to enhance their reliability and efficiency.
  • Our ideal candidate will prevent incidents from occurring and minimize their impact when they do happen, maintaining known errors and workarounds.
  • Liaising with merchants and other IT personnel is crucial for applications troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
  • They will manage lifecycle and release management processes for applications, ensuring smooth deployment and promotion.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for the continuous delivery process, building, deploying, and promoting applications.
  • Ensuring apps have automated functional tests that are used by the continuous delivery process to determine successful deployment and operation is essential.
  • Acts as 2nd level support of applications, triaging issues, and disseminating them to other IT personnel as required.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or any related major.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, etc).
  • Proficiency in Java Programming Language for at least 2 years.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Software Development.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in System Administration and Operations.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
