Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist the Chief Subsidiary Operations in establishing subsidiaries and reviewing their business plans. Key duties include:

  • Supervising the establishment of subsidiaries and reviewing their business plans
  • Ensuring assets are prepared for business operations, including timely and quality construction, necessary building facilities and amenities
  • Evaluating commercial assets regularly to ensure optimal performance and identify opportunities for increasing asset value and profitability
  • Developing and implementing strategies for commercial properties
  • Conducting market research on real estate trends, competitor performance, and commercial market conditions
  • Facilitating effective communication between tenants and operators, addressing concerns, managing contracts, and ensuring high tenant satisfaction while maintaining occupancy
  • Overseeing the commercial portfolio, including monitoring occupancy rates, rental revenue, and asset enhancements
  • Supporting the Chief Subsidiary Operations in all matters related to business operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, real estate, or business analysis, preferably in commercial properties
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset to assess market trends and competitor activities
  • Proficiency in software for property management and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, leasing software)
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
