Senior Sales Manager

Archipelago International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior/managerial role.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively, strong negotiation skills, and ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
