Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of branding and communication strategies to enhance Shopee's reputation.
  • Implement project or event management to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Manage public relations programs aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Write effective communications briefs and meeting notes to ensure alignment on project objectives, status, and updates.
  • Analyze project performance and prepare post-mortem reports.
  • Contribute creative ideas based on research and market conditions.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for legal documents and purchase requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, project management, or public relations.
  • Capacity to identify impactful events and facilitate mitigation and recovery efforts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • High sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Result-driven attitude with good critical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented person.
  • Experience with tight deadlines and conflicting priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • High proficiency in English.
