Job Summary:

• A key member of the operations team, supporting strategic decision-making by providing in-depth financial analysis and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, providing monthly financial reports with improvement recommendations.
• Oversee production costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency enhancements.
• Implement robust transparency on production at the SKU level, with a preference for Activity Based Costing experience.
• Offer financial insights to aid in strategic decisions related to investments, product development, and capacity expansion.
• Collaborate on process improvements to boost efficiency and monitor KPIs to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Identify financial risks in manufacturing and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Work with various departments to align financial strategies with operations and provide financial training to enhance decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in finance business partnering, with specific experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
