About The Role
">The Senior Compliance Officer will be responsible for supporting the general counsel team in navigating complex corporate transactions, ensuring seamless governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the closure of corporate transactions, guaranteeing that governance protocols are in place.
- Managing external parties involved in corporate transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and corporate documents.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of PQE as an experienced compliance officer.
- Prior experience in private practice law firms is highly desirable.
- A proven track record in managing corporate transactions.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to balance legal considerations with business objectives.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
