About the Role

As a Sales Account Director, you'll play a key role in driving growth within your market by maximizing revenue opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will lead account strategies, uncover new business opportunities, and craft compelling value propositions to elevate Ingenico's position as a fintech leader.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute long-term growth strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  3. Identify and develop new opportunities, partnerships, and channels to accelerate growth.
  4. Monitor and achieve sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  5. Understand clients' needs and craft tailored solutions that add value.
  6. Position Ingenico as a trusted fintech partner through deep understanding of our products and services.

Requirements

You must have:

  • An MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in Banking, Fintech, or the Payments industry. 2+ years in an Account Management role.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for innovation and sales growth.
