Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Development: Apply in-depth knowledge of engineering principles to create practical, cost-effective solutions for complex problems.
  2. Documentation Preparation: Produce designs, specifications, reports, and other documentation to meet client requirements for medium-complexity projects.
  3. Structural Design Reports: Prepare thorough design reports for clients or authorities, ensuring adherence to project standards.
  4. Project Monitoring: Regularly review projects for fee consistency and accuracy.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and drafters to prepare documentation and ensure efficient workflow.
  6. Team Management: Oversee a team of engineers and drafters, allocating resources and reviewing work for small to medium-sized projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

This role is ideal for candidates with:

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Civil (Structural) Engineering.
  2. A degree in Civil Engineering, majoring in structural engineering from any reputable university.
  3. An SKA/SKK license is highly desirable.
  4. Strong technical skills and an understanding of engineering principles.
  5. A good grasp of Indonesian Codes and Standards.
  6. The ability to utilize structural engineering software such as ETABS (intermediate to advanced), SAFE, RAM Concept, RAPT, and SpaceGass.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and tactfully in written and verbal forms.
