Job Description

This role involves leading the procurement function and developing strategic sourcing initiatives to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and be able to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and costs to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with sourcing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop supply chain solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in direct procurement within FMCG companies.
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or Engineering Degree preferred.
  • Strong expertise in packaging, raw material, and commodity management.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
