Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
  • At least 4 years of experience in drilling operations, with a focus on hardrock, sediment, or laterite drilling.
  • Strong technical skills, with excellent knowledge of drilling processes and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work independently in Obi, Maluku Utara.
