Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales / Account Executive to join our team at Alamii Food. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for growing sales through both online and offline distribution channels. Your primary objective will be to identify, establish partnerships, and build trust with our distribution partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in B2B Sales, possesses excellent sales skills, strong business sense, analytical skills, is target-oriented, and excels at building trust with partners. As we are an early-stage start-up, we are looking for someone who can hustle, has a can-do attitude, is a good team player, and is flexible to help out as new needs arise.
Responsibilities:
- Check for stock at all account stores
- Promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Identify potential new account stores
- Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to Management & Manager
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Process complaints (exchange, returns) from partners
- Organize promotional events
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Min. 1-3 years in B2B Sales for baby shops, especially in the Jabodetabek area
- Maximal 35 years old
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to build trust with partners
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated to achieve targets
- Strong business sense and negotiation skills
- Great time management skills: able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
