As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the administration of claims, ensuring that all claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products and claims processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of claims administrators, overseeing the entire claims process, from initial claim notification to final settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration of claims, ensuring that all claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Oversee the entire claims process, from initial claim notification to final settlement
- Liaise with clients and insurers regarding claim issues and inquiries
- Prepare regular reports and oversee all administrative processes related to claims
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years previous work experience in third party administrator (TPA), insurance, or financial services
- Leadership experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
