Job Description

An Enterprise System Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of business systems and processes. This role focuses on aligning the needs of the People Module and Finance functions with the overall Organizational Modules within the Workday system.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from People, Finance, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday system configurations where needed.
  • Serve as the liaison person between People, Finance, and other departments to achieve process and system improvements where needed.
  • Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of Workday enhancements, ensuring alignment with both HCM and Finance objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation, especially within the Workday system.
  • Configure Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into Human Capital and Finance metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and data accuracy.
