Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Oversight of the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and separation processes.
- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that drives engagement and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Management of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll operations.
- Identification and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance HR processes and practices.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations, as well as best practices in human resources management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of HR information systems to inform decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR challenges.
