About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role at Ultima Markets. As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategy and team management.

Key Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Lead Sales Efforts:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.
  • Manage Sales Team:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Acquire New Clients:
    • Identify and target new clients and business opportunities.
  • Monitor Sales Performance:
    • Monitor sales performance against targets, and prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Able to speak fluent English, as we operate globally.
  • Extensive experience in Forex sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Forex market, trading platforms, products, and industry regulations.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Strong networking abilities and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
