Job Title: HRGA Department Head

Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for leading the Human Resources and General Affairs team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of progressive experience in HR management and a strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
  • Overseeing the General Affairs department, ensuring the efficient management of office facilities, logistics, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborating with business leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the HR and GA teams to achieve excellence
