Senior IT Specialist

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to strengthen our team in Surabaya. As a member of our team, you will be involved in the entire development cycle, from requirements analysis to design, coding, testing, implementation, and support.

You will work closely with customers, applications, and product management to capture requirements and translate them into software functional specifications. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to master new technologies and programming languages.

1. University degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Development or equivalent
2. Minimum two years of working experience in related field
3. Proficient in JAVA programming; knowledge in other programming languages will be an advantage
4. Able to master new technologies, programming languages, or design concepts
5. Familiarity with mathematical sciences models such as statistics, linear programming, graphs, and other complex concepts
6. Good mathematical score in algorithms, calculus, basic math, algebra, statistics (minimum B+)
