About Our Job
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Japanese Desk, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with Japanese clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Japanese Desk, including managing and developing the team.
- Developing and implementing strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet the needs of Japanese clients.
- Facilitating effective communication between the company and Japanese clients, ensuring clear understanding of expectations and requirements.
- Reporting on the performance and progress of the Japanese Desk, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
- Japanese expatriate only, based in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A robust understanding of banking and financial services, including knowledge of industry trends and developments.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with ability to build strong relationships with Japanese clients.
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills, with ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Proven track record in a similar role within the financial services industry, with experience in managing and growing client relationships.
