About Our Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Japanese Desk, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with Japanese clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading the Japanese Desk, including managing and developing the team.
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
  3. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  4. Coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet the needs of Japanese clients.
  5. Facilitating effective communication between the company and Japanese clients, ensuring clear understanding of expectations and requirements.
  6. Reporting on the performance and progress of the Japanese Desk, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Japanese expatriate only, based in Indonesia.
  2. Proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. A robust understanding of banking and financial services, including knowledge of industry trends and developments.
  4. Exceptional relationship management skills, with ability to build strong relationships with Japanese clients.
  5. Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills, with ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  6. Proven track record in a similar role within the financial services industry, with experience in managing and growing client relationships.
