Key Responsibilities

  • Lead asset management initiatives during sales presentations and customer discussions.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to analyze customer needs and recommend software solutions.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new software systems through on-site assistance and training.
  • Optimize equipment management by sharing your expertise and best practices with customers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record progressing from a specialist technician for at least 10 years.
  • Deep expertise in equipment monitoring systems, particularly specialist equipment health or mining technology.
  • A well-rounded background in managing heavy equipment, encompassing experience with both manufacturers and mining customers/contractors.
