Job Description

The Reliability Data Scientist plays a vital role within the Operations Excellence function by utilizing data science to enhance the reliability of our products and services. This role focuses on predictive maintenance, automation reporting, and data-driven decision-making to improve system performance and reduce downtime.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets from GroundProbe's monitoring systems to uncover trends, insights, and recommendations to enhance product reliability.
  • Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models and predictive maintenance algorithms to anticipate equipment failures and optimize performance.
  • Automate reliability reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership, focusing on downtime reduction and predictive maintenance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive insights into field operations and customer support activities.
