We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions in Indonesia.
This role involves overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies, and developing and implementing HR strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and administrative procedures, as well as advanced skills in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, including recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage office administration, including procurement, facilities maintenance, and cross-department coordination.
- Promote corporate culture by organizing employee engagement activities.
- Prepare analytical reports and optimize HR/Admin workflows.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR and administrative management experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Prior experience in Indonesia is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in Indonesian labor regulations and administrative procedures.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and problem-solving abilities.
