Job Description

The role of Tax Manager is a critical one, requiring a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in taxation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.

The job involves ensuring timely and accurate filing of corporate tax returns, monitoring changes in tax regulations, and reviewing tax calculations and financial statements for accuracy.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax provisions for financial reporting, overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting, and developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize tax risks.

Familiarity with transfer pricing, international tax, and tax treaties is essential. Proficiency in tax reporting software and an understanding of IFRS and local GAAP tax implications are also necessary.
