Job Description

As a Permit and Network Infrastructure Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of telecom projects at PT Fiberhome Technologies Indonesia. Your primary responsibility will be to manage sitac/permit progress within the timeline set by the project and company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sitac/permit progress within the timeline set by the project and company.
  • Have experience with PU permit, supporting each region's PU permit work and resolving PU permit issues.
  • Guide the SITAC team to work and achieve sufficient PKS HP per month to support the delivery plan, providing KPI to each SITAC.
  • Manage the sitac/permit team to maintain discipline, motivation, and a working spirit to complete targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of PU and Community permit acquisition process, as well as experience with telecom area working experience, including FTTH, OSP or fiber optic.
